My second-ever poem. In my opinion, quite an improvement over the first.
Created in the midst of extreme boredom in Math class. Inspired by the words forsaken, broken, and taken and the memory of how I'd stay up at night as a child and stare fearfully at the harlequin doll my grandmother gave me.

Edit: I realized that I mixed up the last two lines of my fifth paragraph. I think I was up too late.
